Custom Portraits
I am not currently accepting custom portrait orders. I recommend following me on instagram @sophieandlili for updates and/or sign up for my emails.
Portraits ship approximately 3 months from when order is placed. I work from full length (head to toe) standing, color photos. Please make sure the photo submitted is hi-res and has good lighting with no filters applied. Everyone that you want included in the portrait should be in one photo. I cannot add or omit people. If you'd like to include a pet with your portrait, please send one good photo of the pet seated next to someone that will be in the photo for height reference. Please note that I do not offer pet-only portraits.
For Digital portaits, I am sometimes able to work from cut-off photos - but please email first to discuss!
Shipping
I process and ship orders within 5-7 business days of purchase. Please note that due to product demand and high volume times such as the holidays, your order may require additional processing time. Most orders ship via USPS. I am unable to accommodate requests to manually combine orders or make changes to your order once it is submitted. I use multiple vendors, so you may receive multiple shipments.
You are responsible for ensuring I have the correct address prior to shipping. I always ship to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout and am not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
All orders are packed with the upmost care and safety precautions. I pack all paper prints and custom portraits in a protective plastic sleeve inside of a flat mailer with two pieces of cardboard included in the envelope for stability, as well as a "Do Not Bend" sticker on the front to reinforce the safety of the print. Mugs and candles are wrapped with bubble wrap and carefully packed with additional packing paper as needed.
At this time, I only ship within the U.S.
Return Policy
All sales are final, as most of my items are custom and/or printed on demand. However, in the event that you receive a damaged item, please let me know within 7 days of receiving your order and I will happily exchange or refund it.
